Hereinafter: the Controller, provides the following information regarding the processing of personal data submitted through the contact form available on the website www.enerstars.hu 

1. Purpose of data processing

The personal data provided via the contact form are processed solely for the purpose of responding to the enquiry, enabling communication, and, where necessary, maintaining further contact. The Controller shall not use the data for any other purpose.

- E-mail address
- Subject
- Content of the message

The Controller does not collect or process any other personal data.

3. Legal basis of processing

The legal basis for the processing is the data subject's voluntary consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which is granted by completing and submitting the form.

4. Data retention period

The Controller retains the data until the purpose of the contact has been fulfilled, but for no longer than 1 year.
After this period, the data shall be deleted.

5. Data transfers

The Controller does not disclose personal data to third parties, does not make them public, and does not transfer them abroad, except where the transfer is necessary to the data processor (see below).

For the operation of the website and the functioning of the contact form, the Controller engages the following service provider:

8. Data security

The Controller and the data processor apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to protect them against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or deletion.

9. Data Protection Officer

In accordance with Article 37 GDPR, ENERSTARS Ltd. is not obliged to appoint a Data Protection Officer.

10. Amendments to this privacy notice

The Controller reserves the right to amend this notice at any time. The amended version shall take effect upon publication on the website.
